Accommodations
Copper
Sky is an eighty-eight foot steel-hulled staysail schooner,
custom-designed and first completed in 1986. In 1993 a new midsection
was constructed, adding
17 ft. to her waterline, and tripling water and diesel capacity for offshore world cruising in comfort and safety.
We normally accommodate twelve
overnight passengers in six private (twin/double) cabins. There are
separate quarters for crew, and pilot berths for tour leaders and
guides. Capacity for day sails is 30 persons.
Copper
Sky is beautifully outfitted with a teak and mahogany interior, a
spacious galley, saloon and dining area, three rest rooms with
shore-type flushing toilets (no pumping) and three hot showers. There
are four deck tables topside -- great for enjoying our fine West Coast
Cuisine or for working on research and camera equipment.
