Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable, less a $50 service fee per space
reserved, up until 90 days from trip date. Your balance payment is
non-refundable within 70 days of the tour, unless the trip is fully
booked at sailing date. We suggest that all participants purchase
Travel -Medical-Trip Cancellation Insurance.
Included:
All meals on board, accommodation in double occupancy cabins, use of
canoe, kayak, fishing equipment, mask and snorkel. Land transfers to
and from Copper Sky and airport in Sandspit. Upon
registering, you will receive confirmation of your booking, personal
preference & medical forms, and suggestion list of what to bring.
Not Included:
Hotels, meals ashore, air fares, and land arrangements are not included
unless specified. Travel insurance, spirits, fishing
licences, gratuities or any additional costs for meals and
accommodations due to delays are not included.
Itinerary:
Since our cruises are subject to weather and sea conditions, we reserve
the right to alter or change any itinerary that the Captain determines
would best suit trip participants in the circumstances We reserve the
right to cancel a cruise for any necessary reason. In the event that we
must cancel a cruise, participants will be advised as soon as possible
and at their option, receive a full refund of monies paid to us, or be
transferred to another suitable cruise.
